Return & Refund Policy

At Nexus Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • You provide your order number or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Digital products or gift cards, where applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.

After verification, Nexus Store will provide either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, at no additional cost.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility.

  • Cash refunds at the time of collection are not available.

5. Card & Online Payment Refunds

For orders paid by debit card, credit card, or other online payment methods:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Nexus Store will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return after receiving the order, subject to this policy.

8. Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method or the applicable refund method for Cash on Delivery orders.

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
